TANGHALANG SIKRAW INC. was established in 2016 in Barangay Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal. The organization was born from a dream to preserve Filipino culture and reflect the lived realities of the community. The name Sikraw is a blend of Sikat (brilliance) and Araw (sun), symbolizing the radiant energy the group aims to ignite in every young artist. Founded by Ivan Matias, known as "Haraya Kasibulan," the company began at Phase 3A, Terasa, with the bold intention to use theater as a tool to touch hearts and open eyes to social truths.

From its humble start with only four members to being supported by the Mangubat family, TSInc. flourished through artistic discipline and community spirit. A major milestone occurred in late 2016 with the Sikat Sining showcase, which featured two powerful one-act plays: Ang Lalaking Pinagpala and Ang Huling Herdera. These were followed by the ambitious production of Ang Pieta ni Rizal, cementing the group’s reputation for meaningful storytelling.

After a decade of laying these foundations, TSInc. is proudly re-establishing its presence in 2026. This relaunch marks a new era of artistic excellence where age, gender, and status hold no weight. The organization remains a creative sanctuary dedicated to nurturing the youth, ensuring that the hidden and fiery talents of the community always have a stage to call home.
